Concierge Package

Dr. Slone has created the Concierge Package to accommodate the needs of patients that may be seeking a more personalized session schedule. Plans are customized and priced on an individual basis, but most plans will include the following features listed below.

Convenience 

Dr. Slone’s Concierge Package is designed for ultimate convenience, and may include up to 8 therapy (individual, couple, or family) appointments per month on the dates and times of your choosing (during office hours). You will also have rapid access to Dr. Slone via his personal cell phone (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) 7 days per week.

Peace of Mind

With the Concierge Package you are never more then a phone call away from professional advice and assistance. In addition to access to Dr. Slone’s personal cell phone (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)- 7 days per week, you will also be able to send up to 10 direct text messages and/or emails per week (during office hours) with a 2 hour response time.

Emergencies

In the case of a medical emergency you are always advised to call 911, however with the Concierge Package you will also be able to make emergency appointments the same day, next day and/or weekends. You can also contact Dr. Slone directly for a 24 X 7 emergency call back.

Absolute Confidentiality

Patient confidentiality is always of top concern for Dr. Slone and his sessions are always kept between himself and the patient. However, because the Concierge Package eliminates the need to communicate with insurance providers concerning diagnosis and hours in session, it allows Dr. Slone to offer the absolute highest level in confidentiality.

Payment for the Concierge Service Plan is the responsibility of the patient on a monthly basis, and is not covered by insurance. Please contact Dr. Slone to discuss your customized plan.
